Mark H. Soelberg

Chief Executive Officer
25 Years

Mark has been with RMI since 1999. He fulfilled a 4-year term on the NAPEO Board of Directors and actively participates in speaking and writing engagements within the PEO industry. Mark is a graduate of Utah State University in Logan, Utah and actively volunteers with the Huntsman School of Business at USU. He has presented for the American Medical Association, the Utah CPA Association, and Utah’s Association for Economic Growth, among others.

Rob Wendel

Director of Finance
29 Years

Rob has been with RMI since 1995. He started as a payroll manager and later worked as the benefits director before moving into finance. Rob received his accounting degree from Utah Valley State College.

Tiffany Kahn

Director of HR & Benefits
26 Years

A graduate of the University of Utah, Tiffany joined RMI in 1998. She ran RMI’s Northwest Branch for a period and then became RMI’s HR Director in 2004. Tiffany is fluent in Spanish and has taught language classes.

Brandon Stephenson

Director of IT
24 Years

Brandon joined RMI’s IT Dept. in 2000 as a system administrator & graphic designer.  He has played a critical role in implementing RMI’s modern IT infrastructure & data security. Brandon is also RMI’s marketing, web & brand designer.

Megan Smith

Director of Payroll
23 Years

Megan started with RMI in 2001 as an assistant office manager. She moved into payroll shortly after and quickly was promoted as a payroll trainer and quality assurance specialist. Megan became RMI’s payroll director in 2004.

D. James Morgan

Labor Law Specialist

Jim joined RMI in 2005 after having spent 15 years at Jones Waldo Holbrook & McDonough, one of Utah’s longest operating law firms. Jim received his law degree from the University of Utah’s S.J. Quinney College of Law as a William H. Leary Scholar.

Tim McReavy

Division Sales Manager
7 Years

Tim has been with RMI since 2017. Prior to RMI, he worked in the insurance industry and owned his own business for 19 years. Tim graduated with honors from University of Phoenix, with a degree in Business Finance.

Ken Kloeppel

Business Consultant

Ken started with RMI in December of 2021, having spent 25 years in the logistics industry. His path to RMI was driven by his experience focusing on customer development and business process management. Ken is a Northwest native and enjoys living in Seattle with his wife and 2 sons.
